Software License and Online Access
The simple version: your finished maps are yours to use personally or commercially. Your one-time purchase gives you a perpetual license to the version you bought, including the downloadable offline copy. These terms mainly protect Nova Terra itself from being copied or redistributed.
Software License
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased version of Nova Terra for personal or commercial projects. You may create, publish, and sell finished maps and other original works made with the software.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of Nova Terra or its included assets. You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make the software or included assets available as standalone files or as part of another asset collection, application, or service.
Hosted and Offline Versions
The perpetual license applies to the purchased software, not to permanent hosting of the online version. Online access is provided as a convenience and may be updated, relocated, interrupted, or discontinued. Permanent or uninterrupted online availability is not guaranteed.
A downloadable offline version is provided so that you can retain and use the purchased software independently of the hosted website. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your offline copy.
If the hosted version is intentionally discontinued, reasonable efforts will be made to provide advance notice and an opportunity to download the latest available offline version. Any offline version already downloaded remains licensed for continued use.
Future updates, new features, technical support, and continued compatibility with future operating systems or web browsers are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
